"Weibulls Beetroot forono Oblong type is excellent for late summer harvest and pickling. Thrives in nutritious, rich soil. Can be stored for the winter in a damp, cold cellar. Boil between 5 minutes when diluted and 20 minutes when old. Traditionally, they are eaten with salt and butter. The crispy leaves can be used in the same way as chard."
